Paolo Cracco

 

Graduated at the University of Padua in 1991 as a Structural Engineer, he began his work experience as "Plant Manager" in a concrete prefabricated elements factory. After five years, he embraces the world of telecommunication, first as Team Manager in Omnitel Pronto Italia (now Vodafone), implementing the network in the North East of Italy, and then as Project Manager in an engineering company in Verona. Five years ago he founded, together with other professionals, CPMS.  Always attentive and interested in the dynamics of the "Team", he attended courses in Communication and Team Coaching at NLP Italy.
CEO and Technical Director of CPMS, he develops a 360 degree policy in the field of services and technical design to grow the company to which he belongs.
